Hi! I’m Kristina Glicksman, a writer and editor currently living in Toronto, Canada.

I have extensive experience writing and editing for digital media: web pages, blog posts, social media infographics, e-newsletters and video scripts. I have also written successful grant applications, donor communications and donation campaign materials.

I am fascinated by the world, but I especially love history, art, music, culture, food, spirituality and the human mind. I’ve written for the Ashmolean Museum, Salt + Light Media, Thinking Faith, The Catholic Register and Wiley’s Encyclopedia of Ancient History, as well as having published several peer-reviewed academic articles in archaeology.

In addition to all that, I am the author and owner of the Purchasing Power blog, which aims at introducing people to principles and tips that will help them to shop smarter and make their money go further.

I am also an experienced editor and proofreader. One of the skills of which I am most proud is my ability to maintain the author’s voice even in the face of significant edits. Your individuality is important in your writing, and as an editor, my job is to help your text become the best it can possibly be while still being yours.
